Yes. That’s why it’s imperative that before you begin your session, the practitioner ask general health questions. It is very important that you inform the practitioner of any health problems or medications you are taking. If you are under a doctor’s care, it is strongly advised that you receive a written recommendation for massage or bodywork prior to any session. Many practitioners may require a recommendation or approval from your doctor.
After your initial visit, you can walk into our office anytime, without calling. Massage appointments do require scheduling at least 2-3 days ahead of time.

Mary Alice Little has been with us since 2003. She works at Franklin Woods for her "day job" and moonlights with us. Mary Alice performs deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release. She is married to Roy Little and has 4 beautiful rescues.

Jennifer has been with us since 2013 and specializes in neuromuscular therapy, Swedish massage and pregnancy massage. She enjoys traveling with her 3 children. Her favorite places to visit are Paris, Hawaii and Colorado.

Rachel is from Elizabethon and has worked with us since 2007. She graduated from Reflections of Health Massage School. She is married to Dickie Lyons and they have 2 kids. Rachel performs neuromuscular, deep tissue, sports and pregnancy massage. Her hobbies are changing diapers and chasing kids. She and her family enjoy hiking and other outdoor activities.
